Ms. Villegas Martinez is a M.Sc graduate in medical physiology, and she has worked in obstetrical clinical research prior to joining the NeoCardioLab. She has been part of international collaboration at the department of paediatrics, gynaecology, and obstetrics from the University of Geneva. She has practiced in clinical research at the CHU-Sherbrooke. She has been research coordinator at the NeoCardioLab since 2021 and is now the project manager of the NeoCardioLab since 2024. Mrs Simoneau has joined the NeoCardioLab in July 2019. She is trained as an imaging technologist and has an expertise in medical ultrasound and echocardiography. She has practiced in the clinical context at the Montreal Children's Hospital, Hôpital de Sorel, and the CHU Sainte-Justine. She is now teaching medical imaging at College Ahuntsic. Mrs Simoneau is now working at the NeoCardioLab for expert data extraction on advanced echocardiography analysis.
