La Fondation En Cœur est un véritable soutien auprès des enfants malades du cœur et leur famille au Québec. Elle s’est donnée comme mission de venir en aide aux enfants cardiaques congénitaux et à leur famille en leur offrant des services d’information et de soutien. En Cœur a également comme but de sensibiliser le grand public à l’importance de soutenir les enfants malades du cœur et leurs parents. Dans la poursuite de sa mission, La Fondation En Cœur organise plusieurs événements et rend disponible diverses publications (livres et brochures) ayant pour but de faciliter l’accès des familles à des sources d’informations pertinentes et rassurantes. The Fondation En Cœur is a real support for children with heart disease and their families in Quebec. Its mission is to help children with congenital heart disease and their families by offering information and support services. En Cœur also aims to raise public awareness of the importance of supporting children with heart disease and their parents. In pursuit of its mission, Fondation En Cœur organizes several events and makes available various publications (books and brochures) aimed at facilitating families’ access to relevant and reassuring sources of information. We are very happy to have the support of the Foundation En Coeur for our XIth Neonatal Conference at McGill University on neonatal cardiac issues.
