Extreme premature infant at 36 weeks who underwent at TnECHO for pulmonary hypertension screening. The baby was on BCPAP + 5 cmH2O with no oxygen supplementation. The weight at the time of the evaluation was 2.2 kg and the blood pressure was 75/45
