La hernie diaphragmatique congénitale est fréquemment compliquée par une hypertension pulmonaire et une dysfonction ventriculaire. Cette revue met en évidence le rôle essentiel de l’échocardiographie pour évaluer l’anatomie cardiaque, la performance ventriculaire et la dynamique des shunts tant en période prénatale que postnatale. Une approche phénotypique ciblée peut guider une prise en charge individualisée, bien que le moment optimal et la fréquence des examens demeurent incertains. Des protocoles standardisés et des recherches supplémentaires sont nécessaires pour mieux définir l’impact de l’évaluation échocardiographique précoce sur les résultats cliniques.
