Of note all measurements should be obtained at end of diastole. As such - retained LV-Mass should be 12.98g

2D – PLAX – End-diastole (before aortic valve opening) with alignment with mitral valve tip (at QRS, or onset of QRS)

2D – PLAX At peak of contraction in systole (smallest diameter of LV internal cavity) – Tip of mitral valve which is closed.

2D-PSAX in End-Diastole – peak of filling, tip of mitral valve (at QRS) 

2D-PSAX in Systole at the peak of contraction at tip of mitral valve.
