Case - January 2025 - RVOT obstruction in TTTS

This case features an extremely premature newborn, the recipient twin in a Twin-Twin Transfusion Syndrome (TTTS) context. The patient was evaluated at 36 weeks of corrected gestational age while on CPAP+7 and FiO2 21% to assess for the presence of pulmonary hypertension. Blood pressure during the echocardiographic examination was 84/43 mmHg (mean 58 mmHg), and the patient maintained 100% oxygen saturation both pre- and post-ductally. This month, I am presenting this case as a Video Case.
