Case 5 - PH due to flow

27 week newborn, never intubated, screened at 36 weeks for pulmonary hypertension because was still on bCPAP+5 with FiO2 21%. One previous echocardiography at 2-3 weeks of life had shown a small PDA (0.1 cm) that was restrictive at that time.
