Double Outlet Right Ventricle

Here, echocardiographic case of double outlet right ventricle. This disease may present in various spectrum. DORV-Tetralogy of Fallot type has the LVOT committed more than 50% to the right ventricle with an associated pulmonary stenosis. The DORV-TGA subtype has inversion of great vessels.
